Federico Garcia Lorca was a Spanish poet, playwright, and theatre director known for his distinctive lyrical style and exploration of themes such as love, death, and passion. Lorca's use of surreal imagery, musical language, and intense emotions set him apart as one of the most important figures of the Spanish literary movement known as the Generation of '27.
